CONDITIONS FOR THE TREKS

All routes can be modified in common agreement between guides and clients for reasons of physical condition, options viewpoints, routes, etc.
In case the guide or group leader sees deems that one or more customers should not continue with the trek by altitude sickness or another problem, will order their evacuation without having right to claim or return of money.
The travel agency Queñual Adventures does not provide life and accident insurance in trekking and climbing activities, but if the means of transport which have their own insurance and are solely responsible for any accident or damage.
In the case of any justified event (social protests, change of climate, natural disasters, etc. Queñual Adventures reserves the right to modify the route of the original program as also delays flights, cancellations, etc. The Agency is not responsible for the expenses resulting from the alteration of the program.
